Stand or equipment shipping
Mention the following details to your shipping firm:
*Shipping address: 2670, Beauparlant avenue, Saint-Hyacinthe (Quebec) J2S 4M8
*Your stand number
*Your name and your firm’s name which appear on your location contract.
Take note that in under no circonstances will the Fair’s personnel sign for reception of your merchandise.

Electric equipment
Additional installations are at your expenses

Locations for caravans
The Expo de Saint-Hyacinthe has a few locations for exhibitors on site. These locations are available at the price of 200$, taxes non included, for all the duration of the event. Water and electricity included. Sewers not included. Cabinet Joseph 450 379-9773

PAYMENT MODE
The exhibitor can pay the location’s total amount by check or by credit card. We offer the possibility of paying in three payments, the first when signing, the second on April 15th and the 3rd on June 15th
