Opening hours of the commercial pavilion:
The commercial pavilion is open to public from Mid-day to 11:00 PM
Exhibitors can enter the pavilions 30 minutes before opening, and must leave 15 minutes after closure.
Stands dismantling:
From Sunday, August 2nd, 8:00 PM to Monday, August 3rd, Mid-day

Requirements:
*Stand must be well-groomed
*The exhibitor must respect laying out hours
*The exhibitor cannot dismantle or withdraw parts of his/her stand before official closure of the fair, under penalty of losing their priority next year.
*Alleys must be kept clean and unoccupied at all times, in compliance with safety rules.
*Every evening, the exhibitor must place his/her garbages in the alleys, to ease their pick-up by the fair’s maintenance personnel.
