* Washable linoleum surface
* 15 amps power outlet (additional outlets at the customer’s expense)
* Electric consumption 110 volts (220 v at the customer’s expense)
* Running water (predetermined locations)
* Security service day and night, starting at Tuesday, July 21st at 10:00 PM
* Regular alleys cleaning
* Parking sticker for one car (non transferable)
* Access passes (4) (each pass is valid for two entries per day)
